About

A complete introduction, designed for every therapist.

This training offers a way to learn how to read a rheumatic complaint beyond the joint symptom alone, in integrated medicine โ€” without ever replacing the clinical examination and medical adviceIt lays the foundations needed to understand the terrain (inflammation, drainage, mineralisation) that underlies the vast majority of back and joint pain encountered in practice.

Who this course is for

To any therapist โ€” no formal medical prerequisite is required, everything is redefined from the ground up starting with the first module. It is intended both for those discovering terrain rheumatology and for those wishing to structure knowledge already present, as a complement to โ€” never a replacement for โ€” practice and medical advice.

A complete training course, and a gateway

This introduction is standalone and self-contained in itself : 8 modules and 32 lessons are enough to build a solid understanding of the rheumatic terrain and to support day-to-day practice. It is also, for those who wish to go further, the natural gateway to the Specialisation Pack professional (500 CHF, individual mentoring, advanced clinical cases), offered on campus.frmi.ch โ€” never presented as a reduced version or a discount of this second programme, but as its preparation.

Our safety framework

Backbone of the entire training: it never makes a diagnosis, never replaces a medical opinion, and systematically recalls the signs that should trigger an immediate medical referral (module 8). The clinical cases studied (module 8) are entirely fictional and anonymised.

Course status (17/08/2026). 8 modules, 32 lessons written and fully available. Each lesson includes its own self-assessment block (reflection) โ€” there is no separate quiz page. No dedicated video exists yet for this subject. No page of this training links to content that does not yet exist.
Framework and limits. This training conveys a culture and a method for educational purposes. It replaces neither a consultation with a trained health practitioner, nor a medical opinion for any acute, serious, or persistent situation.
